This is an awareness-building course which will also explore strategies for celebrating, promoting and organising around neurodiversity in the workplace. Running at Rednal on 20th April and 12th July

The course introduces participants to neurodiversity and to their role in campaigning for neuro-inclusive workplaces and promoting neurodiversity at work.

Using case studies, it examines the barriers that workplaces put in the way of workers who are autistic, dyspraxic, dyslexic or dyscalculic or have ADHD or Tourette syndrome. It will also help teachers/lecturers support neurodiverse pupils in their schools and colleges.

Through participatory learning, we apply the social model of disability to identify measures to reduce these barriers and develop skills in campaigning and negotiating for them.

This course is suitable for all members and is CPD accredited.
